Our recently refitted van has a bank of solar panels, batteries and inverters. These are used to run the equipment and, meanwhile, the van's impact on the environment is minimised while driving.
We simply park inside the building (as we do at Bunnings staff functions) and quietly serve up our sensational ice creams! There's no worry about running out of power as we have a super silent Kubota generator for back up. We can also supply power for other vendors from this generator, please ask if required.
